I gotta be a better blogger. I just have to announce my sweet hubby and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary yesterday. It is hard to believe it has been 12 years. He came home from work today and something along the lines of - Hello to my beautiful wife of twelve years and 1 day. He was so cute. As I think about it, maybe we don't need to worry so much about what happened in the past, or what possibly lays ahead in the future, just enjoy today and make today the best day ever. Today has been a fabulous day. My husband thought we should get puppies this weekend. They were up at 4am, waking up my oldest daughter and me. We were able to visit, before she went back to sleep. I was able to get some housework and things on my to do list done before sending the oldest 2 to school. Then more cleaning and giving my 4 year old a haircut. Giving Spencer a haircut is quite the ordeal, but he now looks really handsome. My baby is taking a nap so I can have some complete thoughts! (YEAH!) I am thankful for prayers that have been answered, and that I am able to recognize these answers.

Okay I already goofed up!

I wanted to post an idea every Friday, but I didn't make yesterday. My sweet, wonderful hubby took me out. So how about I change it to once a week, usually on Friday, sometimes another day!!

I have decided every Friday I will post a project. Each project will be something you can make, or something you can order. I look forward to posting.

The kids are asleep in bed. Enough said. Until tomorrow.

Today 11/7/11

Today seems like any other day. It's nearly over and I feel as if I have accomplished nothing. Our computer is on the verge of exploding. Everything has been erased, stories, pictures, projects - everything but the recycle bin. I could sit here and cry, and I just might, or I can make it a chance to start over, a clean new slate. I did stand out in the pouring rain and wait with the kids for the school bus. I did take my oldest daughter to the doctor, she has strep for the first time. I did spend way too much time chasing our sheep in a field of wet, stinky slimy mud which I am sure was mostly cow patties, and cow pee. I did get zapped by an electric fence. I did tell my daughter congratulations on getting another clean desk award. I did snuggle the baby. I did wash countless dishes. (I am convinced their are no dishes or laundry in heaven, that alone is enough to make heaven the place I want to be.) I guess I did do somethings even if they weren't on my list. I guess there's always tomorrow. 11/7/11

Just getting started.

I am a stay at home mom with four children. I want to be a writer, preferably children's books. I am starting this blog to share thought and ideas. It will not be anything fancy. It will simply be my ideas, thoughts and projects. 11/6/11
